The agreement between you and Velnox Print when you place an order.

This policy is a working draft supplied with the platform. Please have it reviewed by legal counsel and updated to reflect your final business terms before launch.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if a correction affects your order.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any artwork, logo, image or text you upload, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.

You retain ownership of your artwork. We store it only to fulfil your order and to let you reorder.

Colour and finish variance

Screen colours are RGB while printing is CMYK, so slight colour variance between your screen and the printed product is normal and is not treated as a defect.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
