What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile number), delivery addresses, order history, uploaded artwork, and technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send offers and product updates. You can change your communication preferences at any time from Account → Notifications.
Payment data
We never store full card numbers or CVVs. Card payments are tokenised by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we retain only the card network and last four digits for identification.
Your rights
